Ellis F. Martzall started E. F. Martzall, Inc. in 1948 as a remodeling and home building company. Over the years we have grown into the region’s premier commercial and industrial construction firm.
During our more than 60 years in business, we have built and renovated many industrial plants, office buildings, restaurants, church buildings, warehouses, pre-engineered steel buildings, etc. The projects we do range in cost up to four million dollars and we are bondable up to five million dollars.
Today, E. F. Martzall, Inc. is still a family-run business that values honesty, reliability and quality workmanship as the key to success. Our company has been a member of the Keystone Chapter of the Associated Building Contractors (ABC) since 1983 and has participated in their apprenticeship program for over 21 years. We are an authorized builder for Metallic Steel Building Company. Additionally, we have a Green Advantage Certified Project Manager.
